主要工作：
收货和发货，录入系统，做到及时，准确。

职责：
1.准确的处理收货，录入系统。
2.和销售组同事，协调，处理需要优先收发的公司产品。
3.保持工作区域整洁干净，摆放整齐。
4.小心拆、装收发产品的包装。
5.保证相关证件完备齐全。
6.按时完成任务。
7. 于物流服务提供商保持良好的关系，以及尽量获取最优惠的价格。
8.做好所有物流文件的归档
9.及时上传，更新收、发货报告。

其它要求：
会看英文，良好的团队合作精神，高中学历和应届毕业生可申请，公司提供培训。
有相关工作经验，会用ERP系统的优先考虑。

Overall job objectives: Toprocess incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and promptly.

Core responsibilities:

1.     Toensure prompt & accurate processing of incoming goods

2.     Toliaise with Sales & Order Processing group on priority of tasks

3.     Toproactively prepare for space and task in an orderly fashion in order toretrieve goods at the shortest possible time

4.     Todo packing & unpacking of goods to ensure no damage.

5.     Toprovide pre-alert on shipments to customers and ensure completeness of therequired information needed

6.     Toperform daily task and complete job without undue delay (e.g. data entry,filings of documents)

7.     Toliaise with courier service & delivery pick up smoothly

8.     Toensure service providers’ maintain a competitive pricings, offer the rightfreight services, pricings & ease of doing business for Wavelength and ourcustomers

9.     Maintainimport export control records/documentation

10.                       Maintain all shippingdocumentations

11.                       To submit all relevant reports in atimely fashion
