Main Responsibilities:
Purchaser:
1. Responsible for daily purchasing activities, including raws/packaging materials, offices articles and so on. 负责日常的物料采购工作,包括原辅材料、包装材料、生产辅助材料、劳保办公用品、能源、五金电器及日常用品。
2. Negotiate with supplier for quality, price, delivery term, payment term, COA etc and place purchaser order according to requirement. 按批准的采购计划和采购申请,与供应商进行沟通,包括品质、规格、价格、交货时间、付款条件、检验或相关资料下订单进行采购。
3. Confirm, tracing, speed up, delivery situation; record the information of Supplier Reliability。确认跟踪订单交付情况,统计记录交货情况,提供供应商的可靠性信息。
4. Take charge of material goes down entry, payment plan and application.做好入库记录,付款计划与申请手续。
5. Take charge of customers complaint, return and claim for compensation, arranging/reception of supplier visit. 处理客户投诉、退货、索赔,安排、接待供应商来访。
Account:
1. Responsible for billing records. 负责账单记录2. Take charge of checking of payable account of the company. 负责公司应付帐款的核对工作。
Education & Working experience:
[size=14.6667px]1. Diploma degree or above, with min 2 years in purchasing experiences.[size=14.6667px]大专以上学历,至少两年采购工作经验。
[size=14.6667px]2. Good skills in both written and oral English. 良好的英文听说读写能力。
[size=14.6667px]3. Be able to afford working pressure. 能承受工作压力
[size=14.6667px]4. A dynamic team player with strong sense of responsibility. 具有团队责任感。
[size=14.6667px]5. Priority to SC PR and DP. 公民、PR、DP 优先。
