TheJob

·       Reporting to the BusinessDevelopment Manager, you will:

·       Design and manage cultivationinitiatives.

·       Generate sales-readyopportunities via outbound B2B telephone calls.

·       Articulate clients’ productmessaging;  identify prospects’ needs,collect business data, and qualify accounts.

·       Maintain accurate records ofclients’ contact base and perform effective database analysis for visibilityreports.

·       Document information in anaccurate and concise weekly report to be submitted to clients.

·       Act as a representative of theclients, managing their expectations and enhancing their overall customersatisfaction level.

JobRequirements:

• Able to manage Cantonese/Traditional Chinese speaking clients.
  

·       A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with 2+years of experience in related fields. Call  Centre experience will be an added advantage.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication,as well as pleasant interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to clearly communicatecomplex information and to effectively listen.

·       Knowledge of the IT industrywould be advantageous.

·       Excellent attention to detailand organizational skills.

·       Flexible attitude and teamplayer.

·       Ability to multi-task and workunder pressure.
