Renting a common room in a 2 bedroom condo apartment. The condo was commissioned last August. So it is really new. You have your own bathroom. The condo has a shuttle service ever half an hour and there are many public bus services at short walking distance.

Location:

The Clement Canopy. 6 min walk to NUS UTown, 12 min walk to NUS Faculty of Engineering, 15 min walk to Clementi MRT, 5 min to Clementi MRT station by free shuttle bus provided by the condo, 3 min walk to the nearest supermarket and coffee shop for food.

Facility:

It is a smart-home design so you don't need to carry a key at all. You can open your block gate, home door, study room, reading room, ride a free bicycle, control aircon remotely etc all on your phone. There are 1 lap pool and 2 children's pool. You may not like resorts in Malaysia or Indonesia anymore because you are kinda living in a resort every day. This is the greenest condo I have ever lived in. Other facilities include a gym, 3 BBQ pits, 1 tennis court, 1 private dining room. All are sparkling clean

Rental:

$1350 for the common room. You need to pay 2 months of deposit by the contract. In addition, you also need to pay $26.5 for the deposit of Wifi and $250 for the deposit of Utility account. Last, you need to pay $254 for all the furniture we purchased for this brand new apartment, which we can negotiate when you are keen.
