Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwading/Logistics)
Job Descriptions:
• Handling import/export LCL, FCL and cross-trade shipment
• Arrange bookings for shipping documents e.g: shipping orders, shipping notes, B/L etc
• Handle full sets of shipping documents (PSA/Customs/Tradenet/Portnet)
• Ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents
• Responsible for timely invoicing to account and job closing
• Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
• Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
• Handling overseas agent on customers PO Management and nomination shipment
• Handling customers on import/export booking and after sales
Job Requirements:
• Able to multitask, Proactive and handled stress
• Experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance is an advantage
• Resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Possess good working attitude & have strong sense of responsibility Salary: Up to $3,000 based on your experience.
Min one year experience. //Chinese-English bilingual
Location: 5 mins away from TaiSeng MRT.
