Job Scope
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Sales Entries
- GST Filing Preparation
- Prepare month-end journals and schedules
- Bank Reconciliation
- Maintain accounting and HR records
- Process claims
- Scanning of payment voucher documents
- Other ad-hoc admin duties
Job conditions
- 5 day week, 10am - 7pm.
- If cannot meet deadlines, have to OT or come back on Saturdays to finish.
- $2400 for EP (more if able to do full set)
Job requirements
- good experience with accounting standards in Singapore
- must have initiative
- proficient with MS Excel
- experience with using SAP system preferred
