Skills & Experience

·  Demonstrate reliability,efficiency and attention to details

·  Previous picking experience ina warehouse environment

·  Capability to safely performrepetitive tasks including repetitive lifting of weights up to 14kg.

·  Capability to safely walkapproximately 8km per shift

·  RF gun experience preferable,but not a prerequisite

·  Current forklift licensepreferable, but not a prerequisite

Position

The DC team member position is diverse and mayencompass a number of operational and functionally specific roles - the primaryfunction of a team member is to perform picking duties however DC team membersmay also perform packing, sorting, dispatch, inwards & forklift operationor other operational duties. The basic objective of this position is to providethe organization with high quality, accurate and efficient warehousing andlogistics support. This is a multi-skills position and therefore DC teammembers may be required to work in all/any departments as required in thedistribution centre, according to the individual's training and skill level.
