HR Assistant · Attend to visitors, handle phone and email enquires · In charge of hiring process and interview time arrangement · Assist to Managing Director for personal issue · Liaise with business partner to take over translation projects · Assist to Business Developer for ad-hoc duties · To assist in process of work pass related matters, Visa, workers insurance and bond, in compliance with MOM · To update and maintain employee records of company · To assist in maintaining staff leave record, childcare and Maternity Leave etc. · To provide clerical and administrative support within a framework of established procedures and policies · To maintain and upkeep of office admin records and filling ststem. · Oversee the general maintenance and housekeeping of the office premises and equipment · To carry out any other duties/ works as assigned by your superiors. Job Requirements: · Minimum ‘o’ Level/Basic Cert in HRM/Certificate in HRM · Experience in relevant field will be added advantage · Possesses pleasant, positive and initiative attitude and good interpersonal skills · Willing to learn, independent, meticulous, hardworking · Able to handle stress and tight deadlines and multi task 5-day week (9am to 6pm) Able to start work in short notice
