OZSushi and Salad is an Australian/ Japanese lifestyle café, specialising insushi and salad. We are looking for outlet managers and service crew whoare passionate about food, taste, and presentation to join the team.
Successfulcandidate will have the exciting opportunity to design the shop menu, selectsupplier, and build an exciting career with us. He/ She must be comfortableworking in a fast-moving environment, and demonstrate the ability tomulti-task. Prior experience in a Japanese restaurant and handled sushi gradedseafood will be highly regarded. Person with a positive attitude and “smile onthe face” is critical.

ServiceCrew
Responsibilities:
·       Follow SOPs and assist kitchen on food preparation;
·       Maintain an excellent service standard at all times;
·       Manage customer’s feedback;
·       Maintain neat eating and serving areas;
·       Explain menu items to customers and make suggestions whennecessary;
·       Maintain outlet inventory and replenish when needed;
·       Maintain good work flow between customers and operations
·       Assist the Outlet Manager in daily restaurant’s operations
·       Uphold customer service excellence
·       Improve customer satisfaction and sales;
CulinaryDesigner/Outlet Manager
Responsibilities:
·    Design menu, and ensure quality delivery of the food product thatis aesthetically appealing, and rich in flavours;
·    Prepare and cook dishes in accordance with the standards andspecifications;
·    Lead and supervise service crew, to ensure food preparation andproduction are of high standards;
·    Ensure sufficient stocks in storage and plan for replenishment;
·    Responsible for overall run, manage, and coordinate all sectionsof kitchen and operations;
·    Maintain all standards for food hygiene, cleanliness andsanitation in all kitchen areas;
·    Perform other job-related tasks as and when assigned.
·    Take pride in the roles and is able to influence other staff witha positive attitude.


Requirements:
·       Full Time/ Part Time positions available
·       Candidates with more experience will be considered for aSupervisory role.
·       Must be able to work a flexible schedule including shifts,weekends and public holidays.
·       Work in harmony with colleagues who are from different age/racegroup.
·       Candidate to have Core values of Honesty and integrity in allwork-related activities.
·       Responsible; No compromising on standard operating procedure
·       Have a positive attitude; Able to create a warm and friendlyatmosphere with a high level of energy and spirit.
