ADMINAND ACCOUNT ASSISTANT JobResponsibilities · PrepareDO, DN, CN, invoices, copy, scan and submit to customer · Count goods and match them withinvoices & Perform inventory checks · Data entry,verify documents & ensure accuracy of data collected, updated records ofinvoices and receipts · Preparestatement of accounts for customer at month end & Follow up and chasepayments · Assist and support in month endclosing activities · Undertake office admin duties suchas handle administrative paperwork, filing of documents, answering of phonecalls, attend to customers’ queries etc. · Anyother task assisigned by superior Requirements · Initiative,responsible, independent and meticulous · proactiveand self-driven · Nowork experience required (fresh graduate welcome)
