JOB DESCRIPTION




*Provide secretarial support to the Director

*Assist in day to day opertations of the office with some Ad Hoc duties form time to time

*Perform admin duties as required

*Perform any other ralated duties as assigned







Requipments

*Must be fluent in Mandarin (Speak and write).

*Minimum education level is Diploma

*Meticulous, Responsible, Reliable and Good working ethics

*Able to work independently.

*Good interpersonal and communication skills， high adaptability and positive attitude are expected

*Able to work multitask to meet deadline

*Able to work detial oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy

*MS Office including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word,and Powerpoint




Additional Information




*Fresh Gradudates are welcome to apply

*Knowledge of Accounting Software ABSS or MYOB will be highly considered

*Valid Singapore driver license will be advantage
