商务助理/Sales Support Admin (Tuas| Marine Industry)Responsibility
- Assist sales staff to follow up inquries and make quotation.
- Prepare PO and Invoices.
- Communicate with customer related order status, delivery and payment.
- Provide coordination support to teammates.
- Data entry into system.
- Filing/documentation.
- Inventory checking.
- Adhoc task when require by manager.
Requirement
- Fluent in English and Chinese reading, speaking, writing.
- Minimum Diploma.
- More than 1 year of experience in Sales Support/Coordinator function.
- Proficiency in MS office.

Work Location: Tuas Link.
Working Hours: 9:00-18:00, Mon-Fri.
