Job Position: Operation Manager Assistant (JurongArea) Working Hours: 9:00AM-6:00PM(5 working days a week) PS: You may off on weekdaysand required to work on Sunday. Salary: $2200 ~ $2800 (ExtraOT allowance provided) Location: 32 QualityRoad Singapore 618804 (Jurong Area) Job Description 1. Preparation and oversight of theoperational activities. 2. Coordinate operation arrangement ondaily production as well as delivery and rotation of inventory. 3. Coordinate activities to improvequality of both production output and logistics services. 4. Constantly monitor quality andhelp to investigate complaints. 5. Buildsrelationships and communicate effectively with customers and fellow teammembers. 6. Ensurecompliance of SOP and continuous improvement. 7. Report and updating operatingprocedures to General Manager. 8. Data Entry and proper filing ofdocuments 9. Any Ad-hocduties assigned by the General Manager. REQUIREMENTS · Requiredlanguage(s): English, Mandarin (to build relationships andcommunicate effectively with Chinese speaking customers and fellow team membersand to correspond with Chinese speaking customers queries) · No workexperience required; fresh graduates are welcomed.
