Salary: $2200 + Shift Allowance $15/$20

Location: Queenstown

Working Hours/Days: 5 days workweek (Rotating Shift),40 hours per week

1. 730am – 430pm

2. 9am – 6pm

3. 12pm – 9pm

4. 130pm – 1030pm

5. 1030pm – 730am

Responsibilities:

•            Manageincoming calls and deliver consistent advice & support to customers on ourservices and memberships

•            Resolvecustomers’ enquiries, complaints, and feedback

•            Assistwith membership enrollment process

•            Provideremote technical assistance to customers

•            Manageoutgoing calls to customers during customer journey including satisfactionsurvey

•            Analyzeeach situation and escalate calls to the right team

Key Requirements:

•            Possessrelevant experience in the call centre / customer service environment

•            Excellentcommunication and listening skills with the ability to empathize and providesolutions to the customers

•            Excellentteam working skills and flexibility in approach to work

•            Strongorganizational skills, ability to multi-task and detail oriented

•            Ableto work on rotating shift
