Job Highlights:

• Salary Range: $2,200 - $3,400

• Location: Rochor

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Job Descriptions:

1. Understand the business and personnel situation of the supported team, understand the business strategy and promote the effective implementation of human resources work in the business department;

2. Provide timely and effective recruitment support for business development and assist the department in sorting out and organising echelon;

3. Provide a full range of human resources support for the business team, including basic tasks such as recruitment, training, performance, employee relations, and culture, as well as special solutions on this basis;

4. Promote cultural construction, organise and implement various activities to enhance employees' sense of belonging and cohesion;

5. Make a good bridge between the company and employees, establish information feedback channels, collect and listen to employee feedback and voices, and provide timely feedback to the company to promote management optimisation;

6. Participate in the planning and design of the company's overall human resources;

7. Assist part of the administrative work.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Information Technology (IT) or any equivalent, HRBP work experience in large IT/Internet companies or overseas companies is preferred;

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Solid professional knowledge of human resources, proficient in 2-3 modules, and have the ability to work independently;

•Have a high sensitivity to people and affairs, excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast pace;

•Excellent learning ability and self-driving ability, good at thinking and efficient execution;
