1. HR cum Purchaser · Involved in daily purchasing activities; plan and execute materialspurchases to ensure materials availability · Preparation and issuance of purchase ordersto suppliers · Responsible for monitoring and updating supplier’s delivery schedule and ensuring goods and materials are timelyreceived to meet scheduled deadlines · Assist on sourcing, evaluating and negotiation of materials andequipment, both locally or from overseas vendors
- Involved in resolving issues related with material quality, specification and quantity with vendors
- Responsible for preparing and checking of import documents, to ensure timely customs clearance of goods
- Provide administrative support of purchase and inventory
- Ensure and maintain proper record and filing
- Monthly outsource labour claim
- Monthly CPF submission, annual e-submission
- Worker insurance claim related matter
- Other duties assigned
HigherSecondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma,Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma · Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook · Meticulous, independent, highly motivated and able to work wellin a team · Must be bilingual (English, Mandarin) · At least 1 year of relevant working experience
Account Executive
Responsibility: o To handle full set ofaccounts o Preparation of Invoice,payment vouchers, issue cheques, petty cash claims and banking of cheques o Update prepayments,accruals, bank reconciliation, depreciation, asset file and intercompany transactions o Follow up payment fromclients and attend to inquiries from suppliers regarding payment o Preparation of FinancialStatements and supporting schedules and is responsible for assisting withauditing process o Submission of quarterly GST,IR8A and all other accounting matters to government o Other ad-hoc dutiesrelated. Requirements: o Minimum Diploma inAccountancy or equivalent professional qualification o At least 3 years workingexperience with Construction Company preferred o Self-motivated, systematicand high attention to details o Familiar with Excel, Wordand MYOB system o Salary range from $2,800to $3,300 (depends on experience) o Immediateavailability PR/Singaporean preferred
