Job Description： We are looking for an experienced andqualified educator for a Chinese family. This role involves overseeing thesocial, academic and emotional development of 2 children aged 5 and 7. The CEOis required to maximize the children’s potentials by formulating effectiveprogram through collaborating, hiring and supervising external educators whowill be engaging with the children. The CEO is required to assumes otherresponsibilities assigned when required. Job Requirements: • Fluent in Both Chinese and English • can plan panio • High integrity with a set of positive character traits • Empathetic and sociable, cooperate todevelop and participate in children's after-school and holiday teachingactivities and outdoor activities. • Committed and experienced individual whois caring and passionate in children education • Comfortable working independently andcollaboratively • Attention to detail, especially to any behavioralchanges in children • Ability to track learning progresses andproduce informative reports • Highly organized with excellent writing,technical and communication skills Excellent at written and oral communication,especially in presentation with stakeholders (i.e teachers, parents, children,etc) • Skilled in identifying problems andpropose potential solutions • Excellent track records in the educationsector (private tutor, public tutor, education administrator, etc.) Qualification: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree Years of Experience: at least 2 years Job Type: Full-Time Working hours: 6 days a week, 8 hours perday Location: Bugis Attractive Salary to be discussed

职位要求： • 流利的中英文双语。 • 会弹钢琴，可以陪孩子一起练琴 • 为人正直热情，具有积极向上的乐观品质。 • 善解人意，善于交际，能够积极的参与孩子课余和假期的各项教学活动及户外活动，并对其设计有效的活动计划。 • 有较强的责任心和丰富的儿童教育经验，对儿童教育充满爱心和热情。 • 有较强的工作适应能力和协调能力，可以独立完成自己的工作。 • 心思细腻，注意细节，能够及时发现孩子的任何行为及心理变化。 • 及时跟进孩子的学习进度，并提供内容完善的总结报告。 • 条理清晰，具备出色的写作能力和沟通技巧，擅长书面和口头交流，尤其是与孩子相关的负责人（如老师、家长、孩子等）的沟通和汇报。 • 善于发现潜在问题并提出有效的解决方案。 • 有在教育领域的良好经验及记录（如私人导师、公共导师、教育管理等方面）。
