Singapore Construction company is recruiting an office admin.
Requirement: Have at least one year related working experience in Singapore.
Roles &Responsibilities: 1.Generate invoices, debit and credit note. 2.Handles Account Payable (AP) / Account Receivable (AR). 3.Processing supplier payments and ensuring all transactions are properly posted intoaccounting software on daily basis. 4.Prepare payments and records for petty cash transactions. 5.Ensure propermaintenance with prompt and accurate filing of documents. 6.Perform any adhoc admin duties as and when assigned.
Working hour:Monday to Friday 9:30am-5:30pm
Off day: Saturday & Sunday
Benefit: Medical allowance and bonus
