Job Description

Oversee all production related matters within the organisation.
Ensure optimum utilization of resources and manpower to achieve targets.
Ensuring the quantity of finished goods meet the production schedule.
Review work procedures and recommend any corrective measures and solutions wheneve rnecessary.
Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes with Quality Assurance/ Quality Control.
Supervising,motivate and review performance of production workers.
Comply with food hygiene & work safety guidelines.
Prepare weekly or monthly reports for planning and managing budgets/costings.
Maintaining and improvising the current inventory system. Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly production plans have enough labels, raw materials, packaging materials and other consumables.
Maintains manufacturing procedures & specifications.
Attend to all product quality,production manpower & technical issue.
Work with sales team to come out with production cost and samples for new sales.

監督公司內所有與生產相關的事宜。
確保資源和人力的最大限度的使用以達到目標。
確保成品的數量符合生產的進度。
審查工作程序並在必要時推薦任何糾正措施和解決方案。
通過 QA/QC 監督產品標準並實施品質控制。
監督、激勵和審查生產人員的表現。
遵守食品衛生和工作安全準則。
準備每一週或每個月的報告以規劃和管理預算/成本。
維護和改進當前的庫存系統。確保每天、每周和每月的生產計劃有足夠的標籤、原材料、包裝材料和其他消耗品。
維護製造程序和規範。
處理所有和產品品質、生產人員和技術有關的問題。
與銷售團隊合作、為新的訂單計算生產成本和製作樣本。

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma, computer literate with 3 years of working experience running production factory.
Familiar with HALAL, SFA / HACCP and ISO22000 standard requirements
Be decisive, committed and able to work under pressure.
Positive and ‘Can Do’ attitude.
Ability to manage and lead a team.
