岗位职责(Job Responsibilities)

1. 负责制订和执行在新加坡和东南亚市场的推广策略，支持线上线下传播活动的创意策划工作。(Responsible for formulating and implementing promotion strategies in Singapore and Southeast Asian markets, and supporting the creative planning of online and offline activities.)

2. 主导公司在新加坡和东南亚市场的营销推广本地化工作。(Lead the company's marketing promotion in Singapore and Southeast Asian markets.)

3. 参与运营公司的 Instagram 和 TikTok 等海外社媒账号，多维度提升品牌的美誉度。(Participate in the operation of the company's overseas social media accounts such as Instagram and TikTok to enhance the brand's reputation in multiple dimensions.)

4. 根据业务目标制订媒介策略，开展商务对接工作。(Formulate media strategies according to business objectives, and carry out business docking work.)

5. 及时掌握海外市场推广环境的变化，关注目标市场用户习惯和文化。不断优化市场策略与逻辑。(Keep abreast of changes in the promotion environment of overseas markets, and pay attention to user habits and cultures in target markets. Continuously optimize market strategy and logic.)

岗位要求(Job Responsibilities)

1. 中文流利，能以英语作为工作语言。(Fluent in Chinese, able to use English as working language.)

2. 新加坡公民或永久居民并有本科以上学历。(Singapore citizen or permanent resident with minimum bachelor degree in any sector.)

3. 2年及以上境外推广、营销工作经验(有消费行业工作经验者优先)，1年以上新加坡当地工作经验且现居新加坡。(At least 2 years of experience in overseas promotion and marketing experience in the consumer industry is preferred, more than 1 year of local work experience in Singapore and currently living in Singapore.)

4. 具有市场推广、品牌传播知识，了解新加坡主要媒体渠道的特性与操作。(Strong knowledge of marketing and brand propagate, and understand the characteristics and operations of major media channels in Singapore.)

5. 具有商务谈判技巧及业务风险识别能力。(Possess business negotiation skills and business risk identification ability)

6. 执行力强、自我驱动力强，具有独立完成工作的能力。(Strong executive ability, strong self-motivation, and the ability to complete work independently.)
