We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires. Great opportunity for HR Professionals who LOVE recruiting! The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the ongoing growth of teams across the network by attracting suitable candidates for open job positions and assessing their relevant knowledge and experience. This individual will be responsible for sourcing candidates through databases, social media, job fairs and other methods as well as conducting interviews and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: ● Provide operational and administrative support in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment. ● Responsible for the full cycle, day-to-day recruitment operations from sourcing to phone screen/ interviews to offers and onboarding. ● Support the Human Resources Team in daily transactional tasks to ensure a positive, efficient, experience for prospective candidates. ● Responsible for sourcing, moving candidates into, and maintaining, a healthy pipeline. ● Source and review resumes to find qualified candidates. ● Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately. ● Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs. ● Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as an employer of choice. Required Skills: ● Agency or staffing firm experience preferred. ● Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates ● Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred. ● 4-year degreed from an accredited university preferred. ● Desire to work in a fast-paced office environment. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills; communicate effectively. ● Strong organizational and planning skills; attention to detail. ● Bilingual (English/Chinese). Preferred Skills: ●Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resources, marketing, management, or a related field.
