Financial Supervisor (remote full-time or part-time) - Singapore

Monthly salary range: 1w CAD * 13 salary

Job Description:

1. Responsible for Singapore company accounting, reviewing the company's original documents, and handling daily accounting business;

2. Responsible for accounting various costs and expenses of the company, supervising the expenditure of various departments, and strengthening cost control;

3. Responsible for the company's tax declaration and planning, as well as the declaration of tax incentives.

4. Generate supply chain inbound and outbound vouchers based on the estimated A/P, financial A/P, estimated A/R, and financial A/R documents submitted by the business department;

5. Conduct monthly supply chain, inventory accounting, accounts receivable management, accounts payable management, cashier management, and general ledger settlement work;

6. Product and order cost accounting and customer profit margin accounting;

7. Prepare monthly financial statements and shareholder meeting reports for the company;

8. Responsible for coordinating bank settlement and other related businesses.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in accounting, finance, or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in Singapore's finance and taxation work, and at least 2 years of comprehensive enterprise accounting processing;

2. Proficient in operating Kingdee Cloud financial software, proficient in using Excel commonly used functions and pivot tables;

3. Familiar with Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations, as well as international payment and collection business processes;

4. A down-to-earth and steady person, with a sense of ambition, perseverance, responsibility, and teamwork spirit.

Bonus points:

I have experience in overall financial coordination, have opened a bank account, have experienced the 0-1 process and landing operations of a startup company, and am proficient in English and Chinese. It is better to settle in Singapore.
