房子干净整洁安静。这个房子只外租一个主人房。 整个房子只有屋主一家人居住（3个大人+1个四岁小孩）屋主一家人为人和善 好相处。 房间住的人简单，没有复杂的外人。
公寓交通便利 近紫线万国地铁站（走路10分钟), 公寓出门就是巴士站（80，82，87，88，89，119）开往全岛各处（Bugis,Tai Seng, Pasir Ris, Punggol, Ang Mo Kio, Airport 等等).
公寓生活便利 公寓对面就是小贩中心以及giant24小时超市， 地铁站还有大型NTUC以及食阁,KFC, subway, Koi , starbucks, 面包店等等.靠近万国地铁站有新开的SengkangGrand Mall, 距离公寓不远也有hougangmall 以及compassone 大型商场, 吃的喝的用的都方面找到。
公寓设施齐全，超大泳池，健身房，BBQ台，functionroom, 桑拿房，网球场，羽毛球场，乒乓球室，卡拉OK等等 房子在12楼 超级通风，且面对公寓花园 十分安静。 最重要的是主人房超级大 还配有超大衣橱以及超大厕所 主人房可提供床架 床垫 书桌， 老板椅， 两个新柜子， 电视，可小煮，主人房马桶 空调都是最近新换的，冰箱洗衣机可用 房间限一个人。房租1600， 水电费均摊（只需平分1/4）8月1号即可入住 欢迎爱干净的朋友咨询看房 房租 水电均摊

The room is very neat and clean. The whole flat only rentsout 1 master room, and the only people staying inside the flat are the owner'sfamily (2 or 3 adults + a 4yo old boy). All the family members are nice andfriendly. So the people inside the flat are simple and no other strangers.
Convenient traffic: about 10 mins walking distance toBuangkok MRT. There are many buses available just at the rear door of thecondo, e.g. 80, 82, 87, 88, 89, 119, which can take you to many places, such asBugis, Tai Seng, Changi, Pasir Ris, Woodlands, Punggol, Ang Mo Kio etc.
Convenient life: There is 24-hour giant supermarket andhawker center just opposite the condo (just need to cross the road). There isalso big NTUC, kopitiam, KFC, subway, Starbucks, Koi, bakery shop at BuangkokMRT. There is also a big shopping mall - Sengkang Grand mall at Buangkok MRT,where you can find many restaurants, bakery shops, and grocery shops. You mayalso choose to go Hougang Mall or Compass One, both are not far away.
There is full facility in the condo, including super bigswimming pool, gym, BBQ pit, function room, sauna, tennis court, badmintoncourt，ping-pong room, karaoke room etc
The flat is on the 12th floor, facing a quiet garden, and isvery windy. More importantly, the master room is super big, and there is also avery big wardrobe and toilet provided. In addition, there will also be a queensize bed, mattress, and big table provided. There will also be 2 new cabinetsand a TV provided. The toilet bowl and air conditioning are new in the masterroom. Fridge and washing machine can be used too.
You may move in anytime from 1st Aug 2023 onwards. Only limit to 1 person (prefer Chinese). Therental fee is $1600 per month. The PUB bill needs to be shared (you only needto share 1/4 of the PUB bill). Welcome tenants who like to be clean to consultand visit the house.
