Job Title: HR Manager Assistant
Location: 456 Alex Road, Singapore
Salary: SGD per month
Job Description:
We are a publicly-listed investment management company that manages assets for 16 clinics. We are currently seeking for a HR Manager Assistant to join our team at our Singapore office. The role will involve supporting our HR Manager in various HR functions, as well as assisting with finance and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in monthly payroll process (i.e. attendance and leave)
* Handle full cycle of HR functions
* Provide support to the HR Manager in handling employee relations and resolving issues
* Assist with payroll processing and ensure that employee records are up-to-date and accurate
* Collaborate with the front desk staff on administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing office supplies
* Adhere to HR policies and regulations in compliance with Singaporean labor laws
* Coordinate with other teams within the company to ensure smooth operations
* Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager
Requirements:
* Fluent in both English and Mandarin to accommodate with Chinese speaking stakeholders
* Possess strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM, CPF, IRAS, and other relevant statutory legislation and regulatory requirements
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
* Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
* Ability to work independently and coordinate well across all levels
* Adaptable, agile, and able to multi-task
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication, and computer literacy
* Result-oriented, organized, meticulous with good problem-solving skills, resourceful with high initiative and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
* Minimum requirement for this position is a diploma and at least two years of experience in both administrative and human resources related roles.
* Experience in a construction company or clinic background will be an advantage
