岗位职责
1、协助部门负责人起草、审核和修改公司各类合同条款及相关法律文件;
2、负责公司合同资质的审核与档案管理;
3、负责公司对外合作项目的法律沟通;
4、对公司各部门提供法律咨询与支持;
5、针对公司经营活动提出风险预警措施,降低规避公司的法律风险;
6、协助日常法律事务处理,提供法律支持、咨询;
7、合同的整理与归档、法律基础文书的起草;
8、部门负责人交办的其他事项;
任职资格
1、本科以上学历,法律专业,熟悉贸易法者优先考虑;
2、有一年以上相关法律工作经验;
3、沟通能力强,有团队精神;
4、思维敏捷缜密,思路清晰,语言和文字表达能力强;
5、有法律职业资格证书优先;
6、个人形象气质端正,普通话流利,商务沟通能力较强;
JOB DESCRIPTION - Reviewing all the important contracts, agreements, deeds, etc. to identify inherent legal risks;
- Putting forward risk-control suggestions to mitigate the contractual legal risks identified;
- Liaising outside legal counsels when any serious dispute, legal case or arbitration arises;
- Examining the creditability of potential and existing counterparties;
- Examining the existing contracts, agreements, deeds, etc;
- Assist with others work assigned by Head of Legal Dept;
JOB REQUIREMENT - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Law or equivalent;
- With sound understanding of trade, maritime and contract laws;
- With a strong risk-control sense;
- Task driven and be able to work under pressure;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficient in both oral and written English and Chinese (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates);
