客服人员（小型超市）
协助客户寻找和购买产品，提供产品信息和建议，并解决任何客户投诉或问题。
接收和拆包商品，确保产品正确存放并展示在货架或货架上，并保持整洁、美观的商店环境。
促销和追加销售产品，建议补充客户购买的其他商品，并协助特别促销或销售活动。
全面了解商店的产品，包括其功能、优点和定价，以便有效地为客户提供帮助。
要求

最低 GCE“N”或“O”水准或同等水平
中英文双语与客户互动。
以客户服务为导向
有销售支持/客户服务经验将是一个额外的优势

Job Scope / Role

Assisting customers in finding and purchasing products, providing product information and recommendations, and resolving any customer complaints or issues.
Receiving and unpacking merchandise, ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed on shelves or racks, and maintaining a tidy and presentable store environment.
Promoting and upselling products, suggesting additional items that complement customers' purchases, and assisting with special promotions or sales events.
Developing a thorough understanding of the store's products, including their features, benefits, and pricing, in order to effectively assist customers.
Requirements

Min GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level or equivalent
Bilingual in English and Chinese to interact with customers.
Customer Service Oriented
Experience in sales support / customer service would be an added advantage
Dedicated team player with ability to work under pressure and deliver results
A meticulous and responsible employee
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Knowledge of relevant computer applications
Able to work independently
