Responsibilities:

•   *Maintain full set of accounts on MYOB accounting software
•   *Payroll entries and CPF submission.
•   *Generating invoices and follow up on customers payment
• * Reconciliation of statements and ageing report
• * Bank Reconciliation
• * Processing of payment, data entry to accounting system, issuing cheques and etc
•   *Other Accounts and finance admin duties assigned by superiors
  

Requirements:

• *LCCI/Diploma in Accounting experiences. Fresh graduated are welcome
• *High integrity, an eye for detail, a team player who can work independently with minimum supervision
• *Bilingual in spoken English and Mandarin (as required to communicate with Mandarin speaking colleagues)
