Wanco Manpower Pte Ltd (License No. 00C3011) is a leading recruitment firm in Singapore. We are actively looking for HR Work Pass Admin to join our dynamic team:

Location: Ang Mo Kio (Station in the client's HR office)

Working Hours: Mon to Fri

1 Year Contract Renewable

Job Duties:

Process work pass applications/renewals/cancellation timely;
Answer all work pass related enquiries from employees;
Advise client the latest changes in work pass requirements based on MOM updates;
Maintain good people relationship with clients and work pass holders;
Keep proper filing records of all work pass holders documents;
Support other HR functions assigned by the client;
Any other admin duties as necessary;

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in any field;

• Enjoy interacting with people;

• Preferably familiar with work pass transaction.
