我是一位不吸煙、沒有輪班、愛乾淨的租客，目前承租一間單人房，每月租金 $800 (租約到期日為5月6日，押金1個月)，位於Sembawang。我考慮尋找搭房以節省租金支出，以下是我的需求和個人特點：

開始承租日期：2024年5月1日

工作時間：星期一至五，上午8點至下午6點

工作地點：以Woodlands, 1 North Coast Ave為中心，步行15至20分鐘，如Blk 878、Blk 883、Blk 759等皆可。

個人特點1(賣點)：每月平均只住大約20天，每週四或週五清晨即返回馬來西亞，直到週日晚上6-7點才返回房間。也就是說，我每週住的時間不超過5天，週末和假日白天都鐵定不在房間內。

個人特點2(賣點)：每隔2-3個月，會返回馬來西亞居家工作2-3星期，特別是在春節期間，時間會更長。例如，今年的春節期間是2024年2月1日至3月9日，3月10日才返回新加坡。

個人特點3(賣點)：生活簡單，每週洗衣一次，早上7點前出門，冷氣使用時間少於8小時。

Seeking Roommate Room

I am a non-smoking, non-shift-working, and clean-loving tenant currently renting a single room for $800 per month in Sembawang. I am considering finding a roommate to save on rental expenses. Here are my requirements and selling points:

Starting rent date: May 1, 2024

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm

Work location: Within a 15 to 20-minute walking distance from Woodlands, 1 North Coast Ave, such as Blk 878, Blk 883, Blk 759, etc.

Unique selling point 1: I spend an average of only 20 days per month in the room. I usually return to Malaysia early on Thursdays or Fridays and only come back to the room after 6-7 pm on Sundays. That means I stay less than 5 days per week, and I'm never in the room during daytime on weekends or public holidays.

Unique selling point 2: Every 2-3 months, I return to Malaysia for 2-3 weeks to work from home. This duration might extend during special occasions like the Chinese New Year, for instance, this year's Chinese New Year period from February 1 to March 9, returning to SG on March 10.

Unique selling point 3: I lead a simple lifestyle, washing clothes once a week and leaving the house by 7 am. I use the air conditioning for less than 8 hours per day.
