Termsand conditions of Employment

1.     Basicsalary: S$2000 per month

2.     Fixedallowance: S$300 per month

3.     Annualleave:  12 days per annum

4.     Medical leave : 14 days per annum

6.     Probationperiod  :  3 months, before confirmation – 2 weeks’ notice forresignation, after confirmation – 1 month notice for resignation

·        Min1-2 years of related customer service & cashier & stock experience,preferably within the luxury retail environment

·        Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationshipswith customers, co-workers and management

Operation Coordinator

JobPurpose: To provide a memorable customer shopping experience,while processing sales transactions, support the stock and shop administrativerelated issues.

• Verify that shipments is     secure and complete, match goods received to description on documents and     report any discrepancies to management. Distribute goods to appropriate     apartment.
• Maintain the back stock     area of the stores and ensure supply levels are adequate for packaging and     boxes. Fold and straighten merchandise. Replenish stock on the selling     floor as needed.
• Responsible for opening     and closing cash wrap registers, following Company guidelines and     procedures.
• Process all sales     transactions and follow Company regulations when accepting forms of     payment. Must be knowledgeable of return, markdown / discount, tax,     security and packaging policies.
• Ensure that the cash wrap     area and sales floor are always neat and tidy. Give any merchandise in the     cash wrap area to a manager or take to the stockroom.
• Maintain appropriate stock     levels of standard supplies and assist with various promotional mailing     projects.
• Provide assistance on the     floor including serving beverages to customers at any given time.
• Liaise and provide support     to other departments based on store needs.
• Responsible for the     laundry, facilities management and ordering of supplies.
