About the housemates:
There's no owner, each common room stays 1 person (total 2 persons); both are working professionals; since my husband and i will be out of Singapore for months for travelling, now renting out the master room from mid of September.
About the Room:
The room is fully furnished with A/C, private bathroom, a very large window with spacious view, a king size bed, big closet, bookcase, tables and chairs, fan, very fast internet and etc.Feel free to use the kitchen (kitchenware is provided), dining room and living room (as most of the time they are not in use).
About the House:
The house is on top floor (so it's quite windy and cool) which contains 1 master room, and 2 common rooms, with very big living room and kitchen. The community is just next to Admiralty MRT (about 7 mins by walk), and the flat is in the middle of the community away from the main road(surrounded by lots of trees) , next to a small garden, so it's very quiet and with good views.  Very near to supermarkets (Fair Price, Shop & Save, Prime), wet market, food courts, banks and so on.  
About You:
Prefer working professional, all races are welcome, couple are welcome, cooking allowed; feel free to use the spacious living room, dining room and kitchen; rental period starts from 2 month to 3 months (prefer 2 months). Rental price depends on the rental period and number of tenants.

关于室友：房子没有屋主，两间普通房各住一个人（共2人，都是工作人士，平时基本见不到）；因我先生和我会离开新加坡几个月去旅行，现想出租我们现在住的主人房间。
关于房间：房间全装修，非常宽畅，无线宽带，带独立卫生间，全新空调，非常大的窗户，双人床，橱柜，书柜，两个写字桌，椅子，风扇，收纳柜等等（放完这些东西后房间还有三分之一的空位，不需要的家具可以放储藏室）。
关于房子：房子在顶楼，通风非常好；共一个主人房和两个普通房；厨房和起居室都非常宽畅；离海军部地铁走路大概7分钟；所在的楼在小区中间，远离公路，所以非常安静，楼下是一个小花园，有各种健身设施。近各个超市，食阁，银行等。
关于租客：工作人士，单身和情侣都可（最多两个人），可以煮饭。租期从九月中旬开始，二个月到三个月（租期可续）。房间价格根据租期长短以及入住人数来定。
