Internship Opportunity Project Details Geoy Media is an advertising agency, event organizer and video productioncompany in Singapore. We are currently organizing and producing a talk show fora senior actor, which will be held on 29/30 March 2013 at Kreta Ayer People’s Theatre. This is his first talk show since his more than30-year acting career in Singapore. Our Executive Producer is now looking foran assistant to help him complete the pre-production, production andpost-production of the show. This is an ideal opportunity for you to learn frompractice and to improve your professional skills. Please carefully read the following Internship description. Ifyou think you have the right qualification for this opportunity, please send usyour application to [email protected] Responsibilities •Assist the Executive Producer in all pre-production, production andpost-production matters •Assist in research when needed, for content, locations, or finding cast,experts and so on •Assist in liaison work, with internal production units or externalcompanies/organizations •Work with the production team to prepare/breakdown the finalized scripts forproduction; this includes arranging for and attending production meetings,location recce, casting, set design meetings and script reads/rehearsals withactors •Assist the Executive producer on location/studio during production with thecrew, cast or interviewees •Work independently for post-production, including video editing, media logging,transcribing and transferring of tapes Requirements •Student Pass Holder major in arts management / design & media is welcome toapply •Computer literate and possess good organizational and communication skills •Fluent in spoken Chinese and English, dialect(s) will be an advantage •Working hours are flexible, but must be present at every pre-productionmeeting, rehearsal, show and complete post-production •Prefer Singapore PR / Singapore citizen / Student Pass holder Job Type •Part-time internship •Salary will be paid based on the whole project 实习机会
