Recruitment Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

·        Develop new corporatecontacts

o   Make cold call/emailfor digging out the recruitment needs.     

o   Analyze employer’sneeds and compose job description according to the requirements

o   Answer phonecalls and provide consultation to enquiries

·        Prescreens, select and recommend candidates to clients

·        Follow upservices

o   Call and visitclients at regular intervals

o   Develop &manage ongoing client relationships

o   Obtain repeatsales leads

Requirements:

·        Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills

·        Must bemeticulous and organized able to multi-task well

·        Able toeffectively manage demanding workloads and competing priorities.

·        Team player

·        Fluent in English& Chinese

·        1-2 years’experience in hr/recruitment, no experience candidates with stronginterests are also welcomed.
