工作职责：

·        开发新的企业客户

o   通过电话/邮件等方式开发新客户，挖掘用工需求

o   分析客户需求，根据客户的要求书写相关的招聘职位的职位描述

o   接听咨询电话，提供必要的咨询服务

·        塞选并推荐符合企业需求的候选人给客户

·        客户跟踪

o   定期打电话/拜访客户，确保联系

o   开发开发和管理正在接洽中的客户

o   获取重复销售

要求：

·        良好的沟通与人际交往能力

·        工作认真细致，能够同时处理多种任务的能力

·        懂得有效地处理工作量和安排工作顺序

·        具有团队精神

·        英语流利，能够说华语

Recruitment Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

·        Developnew corporate contacts

o   Make coldcall/email for digging out the recruitment needs.     

o   Analyzeemployer’s needs and compose job description according to the requirements

o   Answerphone calls and provide consultation to enquiries

·        Prescreens, select and recommend candidates to clients

·        Followup services

o   Calland visit clients at regular intervals

o   Develop& manage ongoing client relationships

o   Obtainrepeat sales leads

Requirements:

·        Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills

·        Mustbe meticulous and organized able to multi-task well

·        Ableto effectively manage demanding workloads and competing priorities.

·        Teamplayer

·        Fluentin English & Chinese

·        1-2years’ experience in hr/recruitment, no experience candidates with stronginterests are also welcomed.
