Salary Package 薪水: 2000新币
Working Days & Hours 工作天数时间: 一周52小时
Early Shift 10.20am – 6.40pm （早班）
-Late Shift 1.40pm – 10.00pm （晚班）
-Full Shift 10.20am – 10.00pm（ 全制）
Incentive 獎金 有第十三个月薪水
Overtime Pay 加班费: 1.5 rate or 2.0 rate （1.5或2.0）
Contract Duration 合約期限: 2 years, 可续约
Annual Leave 年假: 14天
Medical Leave 病假: 住院福利 60 days (Including medical leave) 六十天（包括病假十四天）

Job Responsibilities 工作范围:
1 Assist supervisor/department sales manager in supervising the sales operations in designated
department协助主管/部门销售经理管理指定销售部门的营业操作
2 Assist supervisor in supervising, training, motivating staff and planning of department's work
schedule and ensuresufficient allocation of staff
协助主管管理，培训，激励员工和策划部门的工作时间表与确保足够的人员分配
3 Assist supervisor in assigning daily sales target for each shop and section and ensure effort to
target achievement 协助主管分配每日销售营业额给每一间分行与部门，确保达到营业销售额
4 Identify best selling items and prevent merchandise shortages by getting sales staff to approach
customers and by always being on the sales floor 辨认畅销物品和确保货源充足，确保销售人员接待顾客，而且必须驻在销售地区和范围
5 Provide pleasant shop environment to customer and correctly classify and display merchandise
为顾客提供舒适与愉悦的购物环境。确保货物的分类和陈列是正确的
6 Sell merchandise to customers by demonstrate sales skills to sales staff
