Responsibilities
Handle customers' enquities & complains on products, services and promotions.
Perform data entry & statistics input.
Manage inventory levels through timely release of purchase order, close monitoring of delivery.
Perform any other administrative duties as and when assigned.
Requirements
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and good working attitude.
Chinese-speaking working environment, to liaise with Chinese speaking customers
Full-Time positions available.
6pm to 10pm and Weekend shift are requested
