ITExecutives (Technical Help Desk/Support) – “Mandarin & English” speaking

Thesuccessful candidate will provide quality customer support from a PC help desk.Responsible for basic-to-intermediate PC software and/ or hardware systemsupport via telephone or email in accordance with the service levelrequirements i.e.

Responsibilities:

·        Response to customer requests and incident/problemsvia phone/online/email and log them into service desk application according toestablish procedures

·        Determine root causeand provide timely solutions

·        Ability to provide 1st level technical remote supportfor global applications, common infrastructure, system and desktop client

·        Continue to refine Customer Satisfaction skills tobetter service the clients.

·        Other duties as required

Requirements:

·        Min. Diploma in IT/Engineering or equiv. from technical school with one year Helpdesk experience.

·        Speaks good Mandarinand English (Notes : to handle “Mandarin and English speaking” customers fromChina).

·        Experience incall/technical helpdesk environment providing remote support.

·        Good knowledge withMicrosoft OS, Microsoft Windows XP, Windows7,MS office suite .

·        Possess goodcommunication and interpersonal skills.

·        Customer serviceoriented and good problem solver.
