Position: 3G Telecommunications Software Development Engineer (UMTS/HSDPA) The candidate will be responsible for software development and testing for Motorola UMTS/HSDPA Network System Solutions.






<P>Experience and Knowledge Required:

The ideal candidate will have strong IP knowledge with hands-on experience in the following areas:
-  Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
-  At least 2 years programming experience in C.
-  At least 1 to 2 year working experience on IP network (Switches and router) development and configuration.
-  Experience and Knowledge on Mobile data services systems architecture for GSM, GPRS, and UMTS.   
-  Strong understanding of data communication protocol, TCP/IP, Ethernet, and other WAN/LAN technologies.
-  Understanding of the mobile network environments, past network operator experience will be an advantage.
-  Ability to work in a very dynamic and changing environment and to adopt and learn new technologies and practices.
-  Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal and excellent teamwork skills, and willing to travel for short period of time</P>
