请教申请pr的几个重要问题

<P align=left><FONT size=3>    我到新加坡是第一份工作，previous employer 在其他国家，公司直接发现金，根本没有 payslips, 所以我能不能不提供，还是这一条必须要？</FONT></P>
<P align=left><FONT size=3>     还是我理解错了，previous employer 是指在新加坡的前一个雇主，如果没有，自然就是not applicable,不提供就行了。</FONT></P>
<P align=left><FONT size=3>     另外，“the last 6 months“是不是说我到新加坡不能马上申请pr, 必须6个月以后？</FONT></P><FONT face=Arial size=1>

<P align=left>我儿子是美国公民，不满16岁，到新加坡只能免签呆一个月，为了旅行方便， 似乎我为他申请个永久居民最好，但这是否意味着他必须服兵役？我儿子大部分时间在美国，不服兵役新加坡政府能怎么样 ？</P>
