<P>唉唉!我问了一些人士,他们好象没什么兴趣来办这样的麻烦而不讨好的讲座.</P>
<P>因为接下来要跟进或服务善后的事情会多起来,可以这些金领人士本来就已经是够忙的了....</P>
<P>大家觉得有认识那些好的专业人士愿意做这些无偿或薄利的讲座的,也请推荐上来....</P>[em07]

The profits/losses of an LLC pass through to it's members therefor, the tax advantages over sole propriotership are minimal. The real advantage is protecting your personal assets from business creditors/liability. </FONT></P>

TEXT-ALIGN: 0.5in; 0pt 0in MARGIN: inter-ideograph;><FONT face="Times New Roman">A LLP is a separate legal entity but for tax purposes, a LLP is treated as a partnership and would not be treated as a taxable entity.  This means that the LLP would be transparent for tax and would not be taxed at the partnership level.  Rather, the income will be taxed at the level of the partners.  Where the partner is an individual, his share of income from the LLP will be taxed at his personal marginal income tax rate.  Where the partner is a company, its share of income from the LLP will be taxed at the prevailing corporate tax rate (currently 20%).<o:p></o:p></FONT></P>

<P>that is LLC (at U.S.) which is similar to LLP , but there is special rule for LLP's tax and annual report  at Singapore .</P>
<P>So Tax issue is base on 老猫's input subject to individual's  tax status at Singapore ( tax resident or not )</P>
<P>For annual report , as far as I know there is no requirement to file annual finance report or hire an auditor / secretary ,  except file a statement for a goodstanding by the local manager .</P>
