spelling mistake, it's ALCOHOL, not alchohal.
I think besides the type of alcohol drinks mentioned like whisky, gen, vodka, there are also cocktail drinks you can order, like Singapore Sling, Bloody Mary, Sherry Temple etc.  I am not a drinker, so not familiar with the names.  If you are not sure what the ingredients are in the cocktail drink, you can always ask the waiter/waitress, normally they will state the flavor and ingredient in the menu.
