SP 转 EP, 请帮忙！左右为难，please advise

拿了spass一年多，想换公司，现有一间公司可以为我申请EP, 但我不知转换时是否有风险？有知道的朋友给点意见。谢谢！

you mean i no need to cancel my sp now, then can apply my EP at the same time, if EP has not approved then i can continue to hold my SP ? please tell me how to do? thank you!
