请 问 谁 知 道 fixed salary and basic salary具 体 怎 么 解 释 呀 ？ 如 果 申 请 SP，  FIXED MONTHLY SALARY $1800， 那 公 司 填 写 的 时 候 写 的 fixed salary$1500, basic salary $500可 以 吗 ？  请 知 道 的 一 定 解 释 一 下 ， 真 的 很 感 激 。

                        </p><p>Fixed monthly salary refers to the total regular monthly payments to a foreign employee, including basic salary. The "fixed monthly salary" must not vary in quantum from month to month and must be paid to the foreign employee on a monthly basis, regardless of his performance.
