请问：有关FORM 4A 的填写问题。。。

<p>请问:</p><p>FORM 4A 上面什么地方要填NA？什么地方要填NIL？</p><p>比如我还没结婚，那么PART B 和 PART C 上面是要填NA还是NIL呢？</p><p>有经验的朋友指点下！</p><p>谢谢！！！</p>
