PR父母来新加坡拿LTSVP的最新攻略

发现过去本版精华里有一些资料已经是过去时的了。刚给老妈办了一次长期签证，把经验写一写供有需要的朋友参考。PR给父母办SVP很容易。但是麻烦的是，要跑好几次的ICA。对于众位工作的假期不多的PR来说，这好像不是一个好事。下面我就详细说说具体的流程，可以自己参考决定时间如何安排。正文开始。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。嗯，办理之前要看父母的护照有效期。一般LTSVP给5年，但它的有效期根据护照有效期签发。如果父母护照有效期快要到了，还是去给他们更新一下护照先吧！1．     父母要办长期的SVP必须在新加坡。这样的话你就要先办一个entry visa让他们过来新加坡先。a.      先去ICA拿个表格，填好一些基本信息，然后标注要父母签字的地方，给他们邮回去，然后叫他们把签好字并附照片的表格连同护照复印件等东西寄回给你。b.      然后online申请entry visa：<a href="http://app.ica.gov.sg/serv_visitor/entry_visa/entry_visa_app.asp">http://app.ica.gov.sg/serv_visitor/entry_visa/entry_visa_app.asp</a>c.       如果不愿意详细读就直接进这个：<a href="https://www.psi.gov.sg/NASApp/tmf/TMFServlet?app=SAVE-PUBLIC&isNew=true&Reload=true">https://www.psi.gov.sg/NASApp/tmf/TMFServlet?app=SAVE-PUBLIC&isNew=true&Reload=true</a>d.      第二个连接里下面可以注册用户。注册好了log in，你需要填写的内容大概包括：父母的证件号码，来这边的住址，还要有一张照片。e.      照片要求： must be a JPEG file format，file size must be less than 60 Kbytes，Image dimension must be 400 x 514 pixels。f.        填写完毕会要你信用卡交20元。g.      注意，一定要确认所有信息正确无误。我第一次填把妈妈证件号填错了，还好人家效率高，马上又给我印了一份，白白多花了20元。h.      一般一个工作日人家就可以把visa弄下来了。带上父母给你寄回来的表格，去ICA吧。然后把visa寄回去就可以咯。i.         小窍门：一般online申请的人不会多。也没有什么人排队，你早上去的话，直接去7号kiosk机器（出电梯转左，机器在面前大厅里窗口旁边）按号，10分钟搞定。午休的时间应该也够。2．     进了新加坡，填好2个表格，准备好必需的证件。然后去ICA叫申请表格。a.      需要的证件：<ul type="disc"><li class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; COLOR: #333333; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto;">A copy (original) of duly completed <a href="http://www.ica.gov.sg/downloads/serv_visitor/Form14.pdf" target="_blank">Form 14</a>, <a href="http://www.ica.gov.sg/downloads/serv_visitor/FormV39I.pdf" target="_blank">Form V39I</a> (Form V39I is only for non-Malaysians). </li></ul>b.      PR本人的出生证明如果没有要提前叫父母在国内公证处办好。因为我知道，有些人自己办理PR的时候没有这个东西也可以。但这个对于父母办理LTSVP就很重要，因为它可以证明他们真的是你的父母。            Sponsor's Income Tax Notice of Assessment， 你应该有一个信件。交完去年的工作税，有个部门会最后给你一个类似税收总结的文件。你要是把那个文件扔了，也不要紧。我去的时候他都没有要。不过不知道是不是每一个人都是一样。类似的文件记得要保留。 Sponsor's CPF Statement showing monthly CPF contribution for the last 12 months， <a href="http://www.cpf.gov.sg/">www.cpf.gov.sg</a>。直接用你的sing id进入。里面有一个选项可以看你的monthly CPF contribution。 c.       差不多的话，当天下午就会给你一个体检表。你可以周六早上去办理，然后等下周去取。3．     去体检。a.      任何一个诊所就可以做。但最好找一个附近有大医院的。b.      周六去上午去吧，不用请假。c.       要抽血，照胸部的x光。d.      3天processing时间。需要40多元。4．     回ICA交体检表。最后下午去拿小小绿卡片，交个60块。yeah，大功告成！

我现在也在帮爸妈申请签证呀，single entry visa first,但是问题是在网上申请要上交你所说的照片（照片要求： must be a JPEG file format，file size must be less than 60 Kbytes，Image dimension must be 400 x 514 pixels，）1-我没有呀？这可怎莫办呀？我只有他们的actual passport size photo在中国拍的。这个要自己用digital cameral拍的吗？2-网上申请也要applicant's e singanature，这个又怎莫弄呀？ thanks very much![em07]

呃，有几个办法：1。直接用高分辨率的数码相机照。2。找朋友看有没有扫描仪之类的。3。叫你父母现在去照相馆照，白色背景的，然后发email把电子照片给你，这个最容易。我当时就是直接从妈妈的护照上弄下来的照片。不算太清楚，但ICA的人也没有说什么。applicants' e singanature? 我怎么没有印象有这一步？
