换驾照是注册P3 Privite course吗？

I am fully aware that I must check with Traffic Police on my eligibility to convert my foreign driving licence before I enrol and book for the Basic Theory Test.Failing which, all fees paid will be non-refundable and non-transferable if I am ineligible to take the Basic Theory Test or convert my foreign driving licence. Upon checking with the traffic police on the status of your conversion, please inform Customer Service within 2 weeks. Otherwise, you would be required to re-enrol for the course. ( applicable for licence conversion only)
 
 
开始enrol了school course里的3T，发现是那种上课的。如果换驾照是不是要注册Privite的那两个啊？
还有个问题，enrol online里有这个Declaration，Upon checking with the traffic police on the status of your conversion, please inform Customer Service within 2 weeks. 这是什么意思啊？要和traffic police check吗？还是自己看一下换驾照的requirement，自己符合了就可以报名了。还是需要traffic police的证明阿？

是不是如果是P3就是只交报名费和考试费，不到20
如果是3T就是school member那种，有课要上，还有评估，练习什么的。不到100
？是吧？
那一般选择那种注册呢？
如果考试没通过，可以再考吗？

不太了解LZ的意思啊，我换的时候只是在网上报了个名参加基础理论考试就可以了啊（其实驾驶中心也是可以报名的），然后去翻译一下自己中国的驾照，等基础理论通过就可以换了，我已经拿到新的驾照了

Also for foreigners who wish to book for Basic Theory Test to convert their driving licenses, please come down personally with the relevent documentation. 这里不是说P3和P3A是供换驾照的注册考试用的吗！ 是不是private的是自己看书学习，只交注册费（5新币多）和考试费（6新币）的那种吧？ 而3T是要报名去学校上课的那种，注册course的，注册费是30多新币的那种？还有练习和评估的？ 看网上有人是自己看书学的，也有人是参加了这种school的学的，是不是一开始就要在enrol online的时候选清楚啊？ 还是到了地方可以再改啊？
