PSA Interview : Reason For Leave ?

<p>今天去PSA interview....37层。。。着实被面试的人雷到。。。至少10个。。来应征 TRAINEE SENIOR OPERATION SUPERVISOR....</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>第二个轮到我。。。进去一看一共有三个面试官。。。轮流发问。。。问题尖锐。</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>其中问到：The reason for leave of current job .我回答说　：want to take an better offer.. 三人似乎对我这个回答感觉很不满意。。我觉得也有些不妥。。。（总不能说不喜欢以前的工作．．ＪＯＢ　ＳＣＯＰＥ不ＣＬＥＡＲ　）</p>

<p><strong>so 请问各位以前面试时如果问到你会怎样回答．．．</strong></p>

<p>ＰＳ：　ＰＳＡ是没戏了．．．出来感觉回答的每个问题都很消极．．．．．继续简历中．．２０号ＬＡＳＴ　ＤＡＹ．．　</p>

<p>哈哈，不喜欢就是不喜欢，有什么讲不得的呢。</p>
<p>想一个冠冕堂皇点的理由，编编故事什么的，至少还可以证明你 good @ communication.</p>

5. lack of reasonable staff benefits

last but not least, do not tell them when is your last day just say that u r still with your current company and need 1 month's notice!!!! (very important, must do!!)

<p>我觉得一个英名的老板不会完全以interview的时候应征者的表现来评定他将来的工作能力</p>
<p>当然，如果是做sales的话，能讲能骗还是很重要的，其他不一定，尤其是professional的工作，比如会计师，医生等等这些的professional工作，interview根本只是一个小到不能再小的部分了</p>
