感谢铜牌的分享。兀兰挺有潜力的，两座地铁站、购物中心、建屋局公积金局、美国国际学校、高科技企业，环境幽雅宜人，生活也便利。

N ：新EC 的可能地点，现有的EC LA CASA即坐落于此。

兀兰马上就要有新的EC了，就在N。预言正确。

Date issued : 15 Mar 2012

To provide developers and home-buyers with more choices for private housing, theHousing & Development Board (HDB) and Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) will be releasing four residential sites for sale in March 2012. Together, these sites will yield about 2,415 units as part of the total 14,100 residential units to be released under the Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme for 1st half 2012 (1H2012).

2The two Executive Condominium (EC) land parcels at Woodlands Avenue 5 and Tampines Central 7 are launched for sale today by HDB under the 1H2012 Confirmed List . These two EC sites can yield about 1,300 housing units.

3In addition, URA will be releasing two other residential sites at Tampines Avenue 10 (Parcel A & Parcel B) for sale on 28 March 2012. Parcel A will be released for sale via the Confirmed List while Parcel B will be made available for application for sale on the Reserve List. These two private residential sites can potentially yield another 1,115 housing units.

Land Sales Agent	:	HDB

*Actual number of dwelling units provided by the successful developer may vary.

The tender for this land parcel will close at 12 noon on 3 May 2012 (Thursday).

2Situated in the south-eastern edge of Woodlands Town, Woodlands Regional Interchange/Centre, and Admiralty and Woodlands MRT stations are just a short hop away by bus or car. The nearby Woodlands Regional Centre comprising Causeway Point and Woodlands Civic Centre offer the residents abundant retail and dining options. There are also neighbourhood shopping centres such as nearby Vista Point, 888 Plaza, Woodlands Mart and Woodlands North Plaza well-located within the Town for basic necessities and more.
