急问MOE如何申请做华文老师

新公民, 国内大学本科机械工程系, 来新多年了, 在电子行业做工.  在线申请MOE华文老师, 今天收到Officer的email, 如下:

APPLICATION FOR A TEACHING POSITION

         I refer to your online application for a teaching position.

         I would appreciate if you could furnish ONE complete set of photocopied documents (all sittings & semesters) by FAX/EMAIL/POST before any processing of your application favourably: -

Details of 'O' Level/SPM/PRC Jr Sch Cert & Results (初中毕业证和成绩)
Details of 'A' Level/STPM/PRC Sr High Sch Cert & Results (高中毕业证和成绩)
Details of Local or Private Diploma Certificate (理工文凭证书)
Details of Dip Transcript / Sem Results with eng translation (理工文凭成绩和英语翻译)
Details of Bachelor or Master Degree Scroll (学士/硕士学位文凭证书)
Details of Degree Transcript / Results with eng translation (学士/硕士学位成绩和英语翻译)
Details for Address of Campus Attended (compulsory information required)
Details for Graduate Record Examination result (if available)

3.       Please furnish the degree details information via email IF you are a degree OR undergraduate holder: -

         I would like you to confirm the number of academic years and estimated duration for your course study (dd/mm/yy) format (either in WORD/XLS) in PDF or JPG format as requested.  Please also indicate whether you have done your degree full-time or part-time basis, subject majors, address of campus, on-campus or distance-learning (d/l) throughout the whole period of course.  You are required to use this example format in bold below as a guide to provide me with the breakdown information.

5.       If we do not receive any reply from you within 21 days after the date of email, we will treat it that you are not interested in your teaching application anymore at this point in time.

请问各位大侠

  所要的(初中毕业证和成绩),(高中毕业证和成绩),(学士/硕士学位文凭证书),(学士/硕士学位成绩和英语翻译) 是复印件就好了还是要公证件及原件(如果要, 是现在还是面试时)??? 办公民时, 只有大学毕业证和学士学位证书有办过公证, 在手上.

  有点怕来不急搞定在21days, 毕竟高中毕业20年了, 怕初高中毕业证难找到. 印象里好象只拿过高中毕业证, 因为初高中在一间中学读的...如果真的没有发过或找不到了, 学校开证明可以吗??

  所有的成绩是不是档案里都有? 是要(初, 高, 本科)毕业那一年的还是所有学期的?

If got chance for interview and passed, due to some personnal reason, do not sign up the contract. Does MOE put me in the blacklist?? if yes, giving up to submit all document at this moment, then applying again in 6 months later, is it better??

abit urgently....Who knows answer??

Dong2sg 请问你递交材料了吗？有消息吗？
我也收到一样的电邮，材料寄过去一个月了，还是杳无音讯呢。

个人建议：准备好所有材料的公证件原件备查，所有的公证件复印两份是要交给moe 的，不能提供材料的如高中毕业证，可以直接说明或者写下原因。最重要的是你的最高学历证明，小学初中高中的都只是过程而已哦。学士和硕士的成绩在学校的历史资料里是肯定可以找到的，然后打印出来，非英文的要公证。（除非你的学校因为合并或某种原因销毁了年代久远的资料），
