我们是想跟她好好把事情处理了，她家里再有钱也改变不了这件事情是她们不负责任造成的。

不缺钱干嘛接那么多，除开自己的2只接个2、3只差不多了，房间本来就小，我觉得他们肯定都回去过年了，然后放了很多狗粮随他们自己弄了，太可怕了

小狗接回来都很轻，直接能摸着骨头。真心不知道他们是怎么在照顾的。回家后小狗变得很胆小。

• The premises are clean and tidy.

他们这种没有被AVA认证的，应该算是非法的。可以去AVA投诉

这个真是我们做家长的失误了，以为学生课少，会有更多的时间来照顾好小狗，不曾想会有这样的后果。所以要提醒更多有宠物的朋友们，要慎重选择宠物寄养的地方。

这种人怎么做生意的，虽然是学生但有了金钱交易就是一桩生意，就要认真负责，不是有钱就可以的，再有钱用这种态度待人，家里的钱迟早要被他败光。再说了，要他退全部寄养费一点都不过分，本来就是寄养那边的错，要说合理的话赔偿全部寄养费和医药费才叫合理，寄养期间他们没照顾好狗狗凭什么不退全部寄养费？狗狗寄养期间因为他们没照顾好生病了凭什么不赔偿医药费？这种态度甚至要求他们赔偿精神损失费都不过分，扪心自问，谁遇上这事谁不会要求赔偿，而且他们还这种态度，谁不会生气，这不是钱的问题，养一条狗狗要花多少心思精力养狗狗的都知道，现在狗狗生了病主人能不心碎吗，更何况不止一只狗狗出事，这让多少狗主伤心难过。是没办法一天24小时看着狗狗，但是不代表寄养方没有责任，该负责的还是要负责，态度不能这么横，更何况是自己的错，狗狗出事了不管事大事小都应该第一时间通知主人，而不是隐瞒。爱狗就应该好好照顾狗狗，狗狗太多人手不够照顾不来这不是理由，既然知道照顾不来就不应该接这么多狗，接了狗狗就应该好好照顾每一条狗狗，出事就要承担责任。亏我以前对candy印象不错，现在觉得是我识人不清了，看他们这个态度我这个局外人都觉得生气！！希望楼主的宝贝能够快点好起来，希望大家都不要遇上这种无良的宠物寄养。
